Andrew joined our firm in 2016 following the completion of his Juris Doctorate at Stetson University College of Law and his MBA at Stetson University where he graduated with honors. He achieved a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from Villanova University and has become a top rated lawyer who specializes in real estate law, business law and tax law. Andrew followed his stellar academic success and became a partner at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid January 1, 2021.
Among his many achievements, Andrew is in the 2.5% of Florida attorneys with recognition from Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and has made the exclusive list for 5 consecutive years. Aside from his impressive career he is also active in community organizations holding a few other leaderships including chairman of the Executive Committee of the St. Petersburg Bar Association as well as the Real Property Section, the chair of the City of St. Petersburg Nuisance Abatement Board, and is a member with the Barney Masterson American Inn of Court.
In 2020, Andrew was appointed to serve on the Florida Bar grievance Committee for the 6th Judicial Circuit and has recently concluded his three year term as a member of the committee. This year, Andrew served as the Chairman of the committee which oversees grievance complaints made against members of the Florida Bar practicing in the 6th Judicial Circuit. It has been a valuable experience for Andrew and he thanks the staff and his fellow attorneys at the Florida Bar and his fellow board members for their service and dedication to bettering the practice at Law.
